The Olympic Games, de olympische spelen

Do You know Anky van Grunsven? She won gold for the Netherlands at dressage. Everyone from Holland in the stadium was singing Dutch songs and dancing . We also went to the Holland House to celebrate with Anky. Anky's horse is called Salinero. For the medail ceremony he had orange hooves. It was very exciting and I was thrilled to be one of hundreds to be there. Not only the Netherlands won gold but also the USA, that was very special for me. I also made a lot of friends. They were cheering for Holland as well, you can see them on the pictures.

Ken je Anky van Grunsven, Anky is een goede paardrijder en vandaag heeft ze goud gewonnen bij dressuur. Elke Nederlander op dezelfde tribune gingen dansen en zingen omdat Anky goud had gewonnen. Ze zongen, het is stil aan de overkant, Tulpen uit Amsterdam, en Nederland oh Nederland en Anky bedankt! We gingen ook naar het Holland huis om feest te vieren met Anky. Anky's paard heet Salinero. Salinero is een donker bruin paard en voor de ontvangst van de medaille had Salinero oranje hoeven. Ik vond het heel spannend, en bijzonder dat ik een van diehonderden mensen was die mochten kijken. Niet alleen Nederland heeft gewonnen maar ook Amerika wat ook heel speciaal voor mij is. Ook hebben heel veel vrienden gemaakt, die voor Nederland aan het juichen waren. Kijk maar naar de foto.

My first two weeks off summerbreak

The first two weeks of mine vacation I had tenniscamp. Every morning at 9 am I went to the tenniscourt and practise for one and a half our. After that I had a half our off games or arts and crafts. That part I liked, the tennis was so, so. The first week we had a lot off rain, luckly the second week was a lot better. So we went swimming a lot. Yesterday I went to the icerink to skate. I also played a lot with our new kitten, named Boemsie. But sometimes Boemsie is a little to playfull and scratch me on my feet. The first thing we did in our vacation was buy some stuff for Boemsie our kitten. Then we went to friends off Femke, my sister.

Femkes friend is called Pauline. Her cat had five little kittens and we have choosen Boemsie. Here are some pictures off boemsie and me playing tennis.
